Geoff was my brother, he died from Lung Cancer at the age of 68 after a very short illness in Aintree Hospital, Liverpool. He was born on the 29th of November 1945 and passed away on the 11th of December 2013. Sadly missed by all his family and friends he was a loving husband to Joyce, dad to Michael and Peter, grandad to Jack, father-in-law to Louise, brother to Neil and brother-in-law to Pam and Eileen. He was cheated of a happy retirement and future plans by this terrible disease. Geoff was a none smoker just like many others who develop this cancer. He did not have the time to fight this disease as it was only about 6 weeks after diagnosis that he lost the fight with it. He will be sadly missed.
